I have a perf leather tri-stitch wheel that i'm looking to trade for a standard leather/alcantara wheel (fair condition is acceptable, just must be acceptable for a core exchange, i.e. no tears or holes) + cash, maybe $150 or so. the reason is, i want to get a new coby alcantara wheel, but he will not give me any discount if i send in my current wheel as a core exchange, so essentially i would lose the market value my current wheel has.
the wheel i have was $350 and is in great shape. it has a couple scuffs but no tears or serious wear. this type of wheel is very unique/hard to find with the semi-perf/semi-solid leather. it was custom made by an ebay seller out of Germany and to my knowledge he no longer makes these (someone else might but i haven't looked).
here are a couple pics when it was new. it is not in "new" condition any more, but with a decent leather treatment would look 90% new. if you're local and are interested, let me know. i would need to swap on-the-spot as i can't be without the car for any period of time. if you're interested in upgrading from a worn alcantara or leather wheel without having to deal with shipping, this is an ideal situation.
