Additional holes on rear passenger door??

Hopefully this will be short. My rear passenger door has a couple extra holes (3 total) that my drivers side door does not have. Is this normal?

The passenger side body where it meets the door also has an extra hole.

I've been looking into a rear passengers floor leak and while looking into my door seals I saw the holes.

Maybe they were made when pdr was done?

Hmmm, didn't think about that possibility.
I've had it for 10 months so it could have been one of the other two owners.

Sounds good. Thanks for the quick replies.
Going to go ahead and plug them some way or another. Trying to solve a leak so trying to fix anything that isn't normal.

Water Leak onto carpet? could be the vapor barrier or clogged drain tube.
