Does anyone else find their MAF connector to appear oily at times? It seems that despite wiping it off (and spraying the inside of the MAF connector housing with brake cleaner), I find a small amount of oil on the connector and around the pins on the MAF each time I remove it.
Is it just me or do others have this problem?

Why would you use brake cleaner and not electronic cleaner (or wd40)?

Because brake cleaner dissolves oils... and it's what I had on hand.
WD40 would just make it worse.
