Hi everyone,
Just joined the community. Currently in a 2002 E46 ZPP and 2004 E53 ZSP but hoping to find a nice E46 ZHP in the future. Been modding my whips for years and I look forward to learning more from the experts in this community. I drive BMW's but I race cars for a living in IMSA, Trans Am, NASCAR, Lamborghini Super Trofeo, SCCA and PCA. I am a data and video acquisition specialist and happy to share any of my knowledge with the group. Thanks for having me.

PBOC Winterfest in Sebring this week. Programmed some of the MoTeC dashes on these M 235 IR cars. These are fricking nice. Ready to rock race cars at $90K. Cant wait for the GT4!

Yeah, it can be difficult but racing is a life sentence. I have over 100 flights a year, sometimes I can be in 3 cities in a single day. I live in hotels over 125 nights a year and some days can be 18 hours. I am away from my family a lot more than I would want to but hey, it's a living. You guys hiring over there? :cool

Which Lambos? Deez? :thumbup Since all the Lamborghini 620-2 Huracan Super Trofeos came with MoTeC, I have worked on nearly all of them from the day they unloaded in the US at Spring Mountain. Corey Lewis was my driver at Change Racing and we won the 2015 Super Trofeo Championship

2017 Porsche GT4 Clubsport MR (Manthey Racing). We hoping for decent results in Daytona but we are up against the McLaren GT4 570S twin turbo V8. I hope IMSA gets the balance of performance (BOP) right or we are down nearly 200 HP.

On the Pole in IMSA Continental Series ST Class for tomorrows BMW 4 hour Endurance Challenge at Daytona. Woot! Our IMSA Continental Series Porsche GT4 Clubsport was the fastest Porsche in the GS class and sitting outside second row in P4. Out qualified 5 of the 6 McLarens. Good day at the office! :thumbup

*UPDATE*
We gave it our best but in the end, we couldn't quite get the win. We led the race for over an hour but fuel cycle strategies and caution flags at critical times left our team with 4th in GS and a 3rd and 4th in ST. All in all, a good week with a visit on the podium, a good start to the year with all 3 cars in the top 5. Sebring is next.

We won Sebring in the ST class with our Porsche Cayman 987 but our GS 981 Porsche GT4 Clubsport had some contact in the morning warmup but we rebuilt it and we made it to the grid to start that race but then more contact running in 5th from the McLaren put us out of that race. Our other 987 came in 5th. 2 cars in the top 5 and the win. I'll take it. :applause2

Hey just highjacking the thread real quick -- do either of you CLT guys have a shop that you would recommend for mounting/balancing tires? I'm hoping to find someone with a road force balancer that knows how to use it so that I don't have to worry about going back and forth to discount tire to get them rebalanced.

Thanks for the recommendation! They mounted the tires and road-force balanced them for a very reasonable $113. Seems like a great group of guys down there.

Looked at GMP's pictures on Google. The clientele would suggest quality work.

I accidentally entered through the warehouse and ended up walking through the whole shop. Probably 15 different projects going on that I really wanted to be a part of.

Oh and there was a silvergray zhp sedan in the parking lot, so someone there has good taste.

I was there all day catching up with a bunch of my dealers!! Been working to dial someone in on a 944 on new dampers. I'll be there bright and early in the AM. Will PM you my cell!
