I saw this set but two of the wheels have a manufacturing defect on them which should be taken care of before mounting tires on them. Something that needs to be put out...

I looked at these and passed on them before settling on my BBS CH wheels.

Charlie,
Those look like grab marks by the tire mounting machine. If anything, they should be on the backside, not the front side. Weird that some tire changing person flipped these expensive wheels backwards on the wheel gripping machine. Likely was some run flats that he couldn't break the bead on to replace them.

Seller states, "I had purchased these for my last car that I lost in a flood before I even got a chance to mount tires on these. They are brand new, however there is a manufacturing blemish on the top of the lips of two wheels that I've highlighted in the pics; once tires are mounted I don't think it will be noticeable, but wanted to point it out all the same. It sort of looks like they had something clipped to that part of the wheel when applying paint. Otherwise they are mint."

John,
Still weird, metal is displaced as in an excessive clamping action rather than a blemish in a wheel mold. I can't picture how this happened without excessive hydraulic clamping pressure.

Interested parties should offer $1500

unless the wheels do have to be repaired. Seller seems to think it wont affect performance.

Agree those marks won't affect performance but when you're paying that kind of cash you're expecting cosmetic perfection too.

These are real brand new CSLs, not ZCPs, that I purchased from ECS tuning. They are $2,390.38 to buy from them, I'll sell mine for $1900 picked up in Hilton Head, SC. Specs are 19x8.5 ET44 & 19x9.5 ET27 CB 72.6mm and they come with 4x OEM center caps (not pictured). I had purchased these for my last car that I lost in a flood before I even got a chance to mount tires on these. Man there is NO way this guy would take $1500 for Brand New CSL Wheels, if so that would be a smoking deal! Those marks look purely cosmetic but for that kinda money I would want to make sure there is no damage and at least have them spun on a tire machine to make sure they are not bent.

If you paid 2 grand for new wheels and they arrived like that, wouldn't you refuse them or ask for an exchange?
