Repair was made at the Olive Auto Center located at 264 West Olive Avenue here in Burbank. *They:


Removed the engine oil filter. *Removed the oil filter adapter. *Installed a new adapter with new gaskets and seats. *Installed a new oil filter, drained and refilled the engine oil as needed. *Test drove the vehicle and then verified there are no other engine fluid leaks. *Removed all parts needed to access the camshaft exhaust solenoid that is leaking oil. *Removed and replaced with a new one, cleaned area and rechecked to make sure the new one does not leak. *Removed and replaced a faulty thermostat. *This includes inspection of the cooling system, belts, hoses, radiator and coolant condition. * Replaced the thermostat, refilled the cooling system with factory recommended coolant. *Verified the cooling fan operation. *Test drove the vehicle bringing the engine to operating temperature. *Verified the heater operation. *Pressure tested the cooling system and topped off coolant. *
