Crack..... tell me this is normal

I noticed my right rear tire sits closer to the wheel well....

i've seen a lot of E46s... never seen that. that crack would not dictate where your wheel is located in the wheel well, but it could mean that you have damage elsewhere (like accident damage).

also....where is your bumpstop?

Which "crack" are you referring to? The rubber bushing? OR the outline around the rear shock mount?

I think your issue with your rear wheel alignment is not related to this perceived crack.
