So RIP for my gorgeous car, but thats another story.

Geico seems to be ripping me off with the car. I got a couple of upgrades on top of the ZHP upgrade and when I plug it into private seller in KBB and Ed, I get $5400. They wanna give me $4100, minus deductable so I will get like $3600, cmon.

I attached my tires. I hear compliments on these tires, I am not a tire guru.... is it worth going to the deal with someone, with 4 standard tires, put those in and take these and sell them? If so how much can I get? Keep in mind I would have to most likely purchase those standard 4 tires, so these tires will have to be total premium price still. They are in great shape, no dents or dings, just regular dirt and wear and tear. Got size info in my sig.

FYI the inspector said if I can find a receipt for the value of the wheels, they might readjust, that might be the simplest. Is there any way I can get a documented value of these wheels thats legit for an insurance company?

Thanks!

How many threads are you posting...? ;-0

The guys from USAA told me as long as it rolled they didn't care what wheels it had so I bought some and swapped them b/c I had two broken ones on my other zhp.

This thread is for the wheel value, not for what I should do with my process. The other thread was for the whole process deal. All this means nothing if these wheels are worth like $500 used.

Your wheels and/or any upgrades add $0 to your car. It is very hard to get that money back. Take off anything you want that is not OE. Replace with something crappy if you have to.

Looks like they were around $345/ea. new, so that could be a starting point for you.

Cheers! Seems like we are looking at about $1k for them 4.

I might just try to buy another e46 ASAP and just go to the dealer and replace the wheels there, I assume mine will fit ANY e46, 2003-2005 right?

I been looking at some other years of BMW past 2004, like 2005, 06, 07+....

How far in the series will these wheels fit, until which year or family? If they dont give me more I will take it for my next ride if possible.

E90 wheels have offsets of 34/37 for similar size vs E46 Style 135 ZHP wheels with 47/50. Sorry I don't know more - you can probably find info in a previous wheel thread in that section or by performing a Search. Good luck!
