My headlights are trying to announce a Grand Opening

When I replaced my front control arms, I had to disconnect the little arm that controls headlight leveling. Ever since, my headlights are continually pointing up, then down, then up, then down and so on. I have a Schwaben OBDII scan/coding tool I got from ECS, but so far, I haven't been able to figure out how to reset the auto level function.

Anyone have a clue?
