GLWS. Imola/alcantara/silver cube is a fantastic combo.

Maintenance history?

Thanks, yes definitely a fan of the cloth seats in TX summers, and it's been a great car. I do a lot of the work myself so won't be in CarFax but big replacement parts/date changed:

- Oil changes ~ 7500 miles with Mobil 1 0W-40 / belts replaced at standard intervals.
- May 2013 thermostat and pulleys.
- Dec 2014 shocks/struts
- June 2015 all ignition coils
- Jan 2016 expansion tank + upper and lower radiator hoses/temp and water level sensors
- May 2016 control arm bushings
- June 2016 water pump
- Oct 2016 oil filter housing gasket, this was done at J&T auto
- Jan 2017 front brake rotors/pads
- Oct 2017 rear brake rotors/pads
- Oct 2017 power steering line and DISA valve replaced also at J&T auto

Additionally prior owner had VANOS unit and clutch replaced around 50K miles at Advantage BMW.

Nice example, I'm interested but any idea if that rear bumper can be fixed? or would it need replacement?
It just looks terrible

Most likely just a broken bumper support bracket.

Believe Vas is right, i dont think the full bumper needs to be replaced. I think the bigger issue though is there is a small dent right above where the separation is starting, difficult to see from the pictures though.
