Clutch pedal side to side movement

What's the best way to get rid of side to side slop? Do I replace all the bushings? In my E36 M3 my clutch pedal failed and I bought a steel Mason pedal to replace it. Looks like the have an E46 version which also shortens pedal travel.

The bushings are a common replacement item and @slater just picked up a Mason pedal.

Yep. Have not installed it yet, though... way too cold!

UUC and others make delrin replacement bushings that will fix that. I hear the job sucks though....
