Seat noises

The seatbelt noise is driving me crazy (1st link below) so I ordered a new seat belt receptacle. While I have the seat out (2nd link below = process), are there some contact points I can lubricate to avoid seat squeaks? I'm guessing its aging leather against plastic that creates some of the squeaks, but wanted to know if anyone has pinpointed exact spots to lubricate.

I wish you luck. I have a 2005 330xi with sport seats (132k miles) that squeak pretty bad. I rubbed saddle soap between the leather and plastic with minimal success. Haven't tried anything else.
