Cleaning lower dash and door cards

My interior is beige and would like to clean all the small nooks and crannies in the lower dash and door cards. I remember reading that the e9x parts were rubber. Im not sure if the e46 is a the same. But I wanted to know what you guys used to clean those parts on your interior. Maybe others with beige and grey interiors can share their tricks.

A dilution of all-purpose cleaner (Meguiar's, Adams, Griot's, etc.) or SONAX Dashboard Cleaner, followed by Aerospace 303 protectant (or SONAX Plastic Care) have worked well for me.
