Is DSC (dynamic standard control) standard equipment on all 2004 ZHPs?

Is DSC (dynamic standard control) standard equipment on all 2004 ZHPs?

DSC is actually Dynamic Stability Control, and is standard on all 2001+ E46's. 1999 and 2000 models only had ASC (Automatic Stability Control).
