Time to part...06 Imola red...85400 miles...$10,000

Bought in Germany through Military car sales in May 2007, this “last-out-of-the-production-line” (maybe) ZHP has less than 85,400 miles but some good provenance. It’s been driven in the Autobahn, the Italian Autostrada, through the Austrian Alps and even one adventure in the Nurburgring. It lived in Hawaii for three years and had its share of American Highways as well.
It has been meticulously maintained by certified BMW Techs and all records are available. As it is a driver, it has some road rash and a little wear in the seat bolsters but it is mostly as it came out of the dealer.
I added a Dinavyn infotainment unit but I still have the original head unit. The cooling system overhaul was done at 64,000 miles as was the brakes and battery. It still has the original suspension and clutch, so that might be an upcoming investment for the caretaker.
I very sad to let it go but I’m retiring soon from the military and it doesn’t fit in the future plans.

I have some pics from Bimmerfest East with the VA folks. I think we met there...2015 or 2014 maybe. It was at the Carl Ripken Stadium in MD.

Got to be hard to let it go. I've had my 2003 since 12/2006 and can't bring myself to letting it go.

:hi I know, it's been forever! Long story short I went from my ZHP (which I miss dearly) to an M235i then to my current car: a BMW i3. While I absolutely love the i3, it's just no substitute for a proper Ultimate Driving Machine. Hence my poking around the classifieds ;)
