Well the Wifey is pushing for me to "upgrade" to a Porsche Panamera so in my hesitation I am putting my zhp up for sale. It is my DD and I love the car so it has not been easy to make this decision. Wifey wins this time.

Ok enough of my short rant as I already have sellers remorse!

$10,650 is the price for the car. The car has been meticulously maintained and is an excellent daily driver. Drive from coast to coast with it if you wanted no concerns.

I am the 3rd owner and have all records since it was purchased new.

The car does not nor has ever burned oil. I think this is very important to point out as there are many BMWs with oil consumption issues. Also NO RUST and NEVER IN AN ACCIDENT!

I don't think these cars had the subframe issues however the subframes on this car are perfect. No tears nor stress fractures. The chassis is solid. I will post pictures with the car up on my lift soon!

Here are the specs:
VIN: to be provided if a buyer is interested.
Color:Silver Tiag. The paint is very shiny! I keep it freshly washed weekly and waxed 4 times per year.
Transmission: 6 speed manual
Miles: 151k and rolling, it's my daily driver.
Maintenance: 100% up to date.
Oil changes done at 7500 miles with Castro synthetic European 0-40w oil.
Since I have owned the car only 93 non-corn fuel has been used in the tank.
Factory Alpine stereo with Harmon Kardon speakers.
Clean title no lean.

Parts replaced between 120k miles and 150k miles:
The complete coolant system was replaced minus the two plastic hoses under the intake manifold.

The front lower control arm bushings, rear differential bushings replaced with genuine BMW bushings.

Front lower windshield cowl replaced with genuine BMW.

Windshield washer pump replaced with genuine BMW.

Auxiliary port added to business CD alpine stereo.

4K dip programmed out of car. No more 4K dip.

Both drivers and passenger side A to C pillars outside rain guard trim replaced with genuine BMW.

Fuel pump replaced with genuine BMW.

Kidney grills replaced with genuine BMW.

Brake rotors replaced with Brembo.

Brake pads replaced with hawk HPS 5.0+ pads. This car brakes like it almost has racing pads. Excellent pedal response.

All recalls completed by BMW dealership to include air bags and rear tail light ground.

All software updated to latest.

Tire tread: very good, Bridgestone potenzas on front Michelin ps4s on rear. I was slowly moving to ps4s.

Differential and transmission fluid changed with genuine BMW.

Power steering fluid changed at 7.5k mile intervals.

Mass air flow sensor cleaned with cfc MAF cleaner.

Spark plugs replaced with NGK titanium 100k Mike plugs.

Upgrades:
BMW carbon fiber performance strut bar $1k.
BMW E63 M6 seats and probably worth ~$2k (these are a major upgrade in comfort and side adjustable lumbar + heated). I use expensive leather cleaner and conditioner to keep the seats in excellent condition.

The car is mechanically in excellent condition!

More photos to come soon!

Strut bar is a nice $1K bonus item.

GLWS on a very clean example.

Service records are on hand for the new owner? Check.

Interior condition grade? X/10.

Yeah so she can drive it! She has had Audi S's Mini coops, etc and she now has a thing for Porsche!

I am fine with the change as I work on my cars so the maintenance costs will be parts only otherwise no way! Plus I have a car addiction with too many cars so I am downsizing.... for now

One of our parts guys at work, Jason was showing me your car. He thinks should have identical track and daily cars.

Looks great though! Cant say I’ve ever seen 6 series seats in an e46 but the photos he showed me look good.

Yeah Jason is a cool guy. The M6 seats are nice to have in the car.

I don't recall ever seeing a photo of your zhp...

What are you currently driving?

I’m usually driving the ZHP.

And on occasion the M3, hopefully more after my tune arrives and is sorted.

Very nice zhp and it strangely looks just like mine! :)

I didn't realize you were the proud owner of that pristine looking e36 m3!

What a great looking car. A few weeks ago I was checking out your newly acquired m3 via the photos you posted of it on the forum.

Congrats on the new addition to your stable.

I really like that car. Perfect color and it just looks so well maintained.

This might be an of interest for potential buyers.

I can drop the price by $1k and put the original seats back in and remove the strut bar.

So with those changes out the car price would be under $10k at $9650!

Will do soon! I will be removing the performance strut bar and lowering the price accordingly.

I am putting a Dinan bar in as a replacement.

Well I decided to keep the car. It is such a great daily driver and I found reasonably priced storage for my e21 so I don't see a reason to continue trying to sell the zhp.

I am however selling the excellent condition Bmw performance strut bar I have / had on the car.

I plan on posting it on eBay tomorrow.

I need to figure out how to send the $10 to the zhp mafia forum for my attempt at selling the car here!

I appreciate this site a lot and enjoy checking in from time to time. I should probably be more social! :) just super busy all the time!
