hi all,

the passenger side bulb went out and I tried to replace it by loosing the washer fluid tank but still the space is so tight that
I cannot take out the black plastic cap, looks like I need to remove the headlight assembly ? any other idea if there is a DIY post/video please point

Amber corner comes out by unscrewing the Phillips in the first hold on the fender. That will allow you to remove the trim under the headlight. There are 4 (I think) screws that hold the headlight in- 2 on top, 2 below. Unplug each lamp and that’s that. Try this one.....

You can also just loosen the washer reservoir and move it a bit to try to get a little more space that way.

thanks everyone, let me try. No it is a rubberized and it can pop but I cannot remove it due to very tight space.

Yea it’s probably easiest overall to just take the headlight assembly out.

And if you’re replacing xenon bulbs, you’ll want to do them in pairs or they’ll have different colors left to right.

I've done it before as well, but it's extremely difficult to get the cover back on in such a tight space!

Unplug the washer motors and associated hoses, remove the 10mm bolt holding the tank in place, and remove from the car.

This is a 15 minute job. Crack a beer because the hardest part is already over.

I can take out and replace an entire headlight assembly (or replace a bulb) in 12 minutes 40 seconds. I uh. I had my friend time me last month. Yup.

Anyway, either way, something needs to come out, IMO.
