(Sold): HPF CF DME/ECU covers

So I have a few of these for sale. They don't have the HPF stickers for it. It's dry CF, so it has like a semi-gloss/matte finish to it that was hard to capture in pictures. Quality is decent. If you were to scrutinize it, you'll see flaws. But for an DME cover, it's fine.

edit: OK so I'm now sold out of what I consider the good ones. All I have left are the bad ones. The bad ones have chips/pits in the epoxy. Some will have weave defects as well. They are small and hard to see, but some are more noticeable. I have updated the pictures below to show some examples.

The one I hand polished has all of defects on the same piece. So if you were wondering how it would looked polished even with the defects.

Fitment: site says that it's for S54, but it fits on the M54 as well. We tested it on JR's car (picture below).

On JR's car, we put a light polish on it to see if it would help it any. So this picture is better than what you're going to get.

Yep same here. Not really into the dry CF look. I plan to machine polish that bad one I'm not selling though to see how glossy I could get it lol I got a quote to clear coat it, and it was like $100ish. Didn't seem worth it.

This looks pretty good. So I couldn't find my machine and like all my polishes. So I just did the top side with Menzerna FG400 by hand. This was on that bad looking one that I'm not selling. Looks good enough to sell now. You can see the difference between the triangular section that I didn't polish vs. the top side.

If someone really wants one, I can let mine go. It doesn't match the box lid on mine so it may be a 325 thing. The carbon one has an access window mine doesn't have so I really cant use it so if anyone wants one, let me know. Same price as sillieidiot charged.

Yeah I think the access window is to run connectors for a piggyback and stuff. When we installed it on JR's car, we just put the cover right over the top of the black cover. The screws are long enough, that way we could keep the whole DME still weatherproof and it just stays a cosmetic cover piece.
