Post text: Original owner, BMW Car Club of America Blue Ridge Chapter Member, ZHP package. Dad was diagnosed with Dementia so we have to sell it because it's too much of a temptation sitting in the driveway.
All work on the car has been done at Checkered Flag BMW in VA Beach. The only issues with the car are the driver seat needs to be recovered, there is clear coat peeling on the roof in two spots, and the passenger side drip rail came off just over the rear door. I have the piece that came off, it just needs new fasteners.
If you are not familiar with BMWs, this car has the ZHP package. The ZHP sedan was the closest you could get to a four door M3 in the E46 line. The ZHP was equipped with sportier camshafts and revised engine tuning to increase power output from 225 to 235 hp to as well as a shorter final drive gear ratio, and a corresponding increase in redline from 6,500 rpm to 6,800 rpm. Suspension was modified over the standard suspension with firmer springs and dampers, larger anti-roll bars, stronger front control arm ball joints, a lower ride height, heavy duty steering rack, and slightly more negative camber.
Interior upgrades include an Alcantara clad M badged sport steering wheel, a much copied ZHP shifter knob and shifter.
Due to the fact that it's the original owner, all the work on the car was done at a BMW dealer, and it has the ZHP package the car is worth more than what Kelly suggests it worth. We are willing to negotiate but please don't low ball me with a ridiculous offer. I will not respond.
