Not Mine: 2004 BMW 330i ZHP sedan Imola-rot / black leather 6mt 98k miles $12k

So up until recently I was looking for my own ZHP, and came within a hair of buying one through here, but decided to change direction when that sale fell through. That said, in my search I came across this one a few weeks back (I called them the moment they placed the ad on autotrader) but was beaten by someone who made a full ask offer without even seeing pictures yet (the dealer hadn't uploaded them, I had a hunch it was a ZHP when I looked up the VIN). Long story-short, they called me this morning saying the deal fell through and letting me know pictures have been uploaded.

Looks to have some good things (low mileage, I don't see any curb rash on the rims), and some not so good (5 owners!, and an accident that's unclear as to what it was, just mentions it was in an area that was reported to have been flooded, this was in 2005). Hopefully it's a good find for someone!

Also, I don't think they know it's a ZHP. It was originally listed as being "electric red" but they corrected it to "imola red" for this listing (hence how I had a hunch it was a ZHP when I looked up the VIN a few weeks ago / before they had pictures up).

I don't disagree with that thinking, but was slightly surprised to not see "ZHP" mentioned anywhere in the post's description plus neither of the 2 salesmen I spoke with mentioned it when I asked them to tell me more about the car. In any case, hopefully it's a good car for someone.
