The car is sold.
$10,250 is the price for the car. The car has been meticulously maintained and is an excellent daily driver. Drive from coast to coast with it if you wanted no concerns. This car needs no maintenance nor parts replacement.
I have personally performed all of the maintenance and repairs on this vehicle during my ownership. I know this E46 chassis and ZHP performance package intimately well.
I am the 3rd owner and have all records since it was purchased new.
The car does not nor has ever burned oil, NO RUST and NEVER IN AN ACCIDENT and NEVER BEEN TRACKED!
I don't think these cars had the subframe issues however the subframes on this car are perfect. No tears nor stress fractures. The chassis is solid. I will post pictures with the car up on my lift soon!

Color:Titan Silver Tiag. The paint is very shiny! I keep it freshly washed weekly and waxed 4 times per year.
Transmission: 6 speed manual
Miles: 166k and slowly rolling, it's my weekend back road runner. It is ridiculously fun with the installed upgrades mentioned below.
Maintenance: 100% up to date with a lot of upgrades.
Oil changes done at 7500 miles with Castrol synthetic European 0-40w oil. I hoarded jugs of the original LL01 formula before Castrol changed their formula.
Since I have owned the car only 93 non-corn fuel has been used in the tank.
Factory Alpine stereo with Harmon Kardon speakers.
Clean title no lean.
Upgrades:
Front Dinan Strut Bar
BMW E63 M6 seats, $1400 (these seats are a major upgrade in comfort with side adjustable lumbar + heated). What is really great about these seats is they hold you perfectly in place when cornering extremely hard. Being able to corner on a dime while the seats keep you planted will definitely put a smile on your face!
I use zymol leather cleaner and conditioner to keep the seats in excellent condition.
Koni FSD Active shocks. These coupled with the M6 seats make this car ride exponentially better than a new BMW... confirmed anonymously by I won’t mention. These shocks are fantastic. Koni really set the bar when they made this model of shock. They are comfortable when driving around town or highway however as soon as you get very aggressive on cornering they immediately stiffen up to ensure you have full control of the vehicle. When driving normally you barely notice bumps in the road as the shocks are excellent at absorbing any impacts. They are really unbelievable in performance and quality!
Custom interior not offered stock by BMW, the car has a very badass sport look with the updated interior (black / grey)

Hawk HPS 5.0 brake pads. This car brakes like it has stop tech or brembos.
I have bought so many new parts for this car from my local BMW dealership. You could call them to confirm... the point being this is a very well maintained car.
Parts replaced between 120k miles and 150k miles:
The complete coolant system was replaced to include the two plastic hoses under the intake manifold.
The front lower control arm bushings, rear differential bushings replaced with genuine BMW bushings.
Front lower windshield cowl replaced with genuine BMW.
Bosch Icon wipers
Windshield washer pump replaced with genuine BMW.
Auxiliary port added to business CD alpine stereo.
4K dip programmed out of car. No more 4K dip.
Both drivers and passenger side A to C pillars outside rain guard trim replaced with genuine BMW.
New headliner in the cabin.
New center console in cabin. All related interior components replaced to match mechanical condition of the car.
Fuel pump replaced with genuine BMW.
Kidney grills replaced with genuine BMW.
Brake rotors replaced with Brembo.
Brake pads replaced with hawk HPS 5.0+ pads. This car brakes like it almost has racing pads. Excellent pedal response.
All recalls completed by BMW dealership to include air bags and rear tail light ground.
All software updated to latest.
Tire tread: The car has brand new Michelin AS/3s on all four corners.
Differential and transmission fluid changed with genuine BMW.
Power steering fluid changed at 7.5k mile intervals.
All of the intake boots replaced to include all vacuum lines or plugs in the engine bay.
Mass air flow sensor replaced.
DISA replaced with genuine BMW part.
Spark plugs replaced with NGK titanium 100k mile plugs.
Bosch 02 sensors replaced all 4 corners.
The car is mechanically in excellent condition!
If I kept the car what would I do to make it more fun? The only last upgrade I could see worth spending money on is a supercharger. In my opinion that would ultimately provide the maximum fun with the existing upgrades. The car is very enjoyable now and if you got this car up to 330 - 400hp it would be insanely fun...
