Wow, that's what it sold for... unusual for a BaT auction to not have any bids at all on the last day....

I read that as a sign the final price was too high. From what I've seen from recent auctions $16k for 79k miles feels high. And I'm very bullish on ZHP convertibles!

It makes my 123K miles Silver Gray ZHP 2004 6MT convertible with factory navigation, back-up sensors and complete servicing work from stem to stern sound more valuable than its KBB valuation! I agree with Cabrio 330 the final price was too high.

However . . . . . . . . I've been using CarGurus, Autotrader and Cars.com over the months for giggles and lately the inventory of pre-owned 2 series, 3 series and 4 series convertibles for sale has decreased by at least 50%. The Pandemic is apparently giving folks a bit more abandon/less financial inhibition and an increased urge to have "fun" in their lives and driving around in a convertible fits that mental sentiment, yes? So . . . . maybe it is also increasing the price of perceived affordable "fun" cars on BaT?
