From what I remember, you can run the e46 M3 Competition package wheels on a non-M e46. Well, you can run 4 of the fronts (19x8) square...

I need 4 new tires and my 135 wheels refinished, so was thinking this might be an option. Trying to see if I can find a (preferably imola coupe or cabrio) running these... Also, no reps--OEM wheels only for this ZHP...

And a decent price on Michelin Pilot Sport AS/3s too at $213/tire

If you want some brand new OEM wheels I would suggest looking at the style 32s. Turner has the E46 version in stock. (18x8 ET47 + 18x8.5 ET50).

Never loved those... The plan was either refinish the 135s (if they are in OK shape, or buy a new set of 135s... Then the ZSP wheel idea popped into my head..

I don’t think there’s a better looking wheel for the E46’s lines than the CSL/ZCP design. With that said, I think what really makes them pop is the difference in front and rear concavity of the staggered set. Something about 4 fronts just looks weird every time I’ve seen a car with that setup (fwiw I also think 4 rear Style 135s looks strange).

Given the two options you’re considering, I’d go with refinishing your Style 135s. It’ll cost less, the tires will be cheaper, it’ll ride better, and imo it’ll look better.
