Dead Pixels on OEM Navi headunit

Hey Everyone - Starting to notice some dead pixels on my OEM Navi headunit. I want to keep the OEM headunit. Anyone have tried to replace the LCD screen? Did you just end up replacing the whole headunit? What are the costs typically? I want to avoid an aftermarket headunit and keep it OEM. Thanks!
