Rear 1/4 fender repair costs, any idea?

I am looking at a ZHP sedan which has some body damage around the passenger rear tail light. Trying to estimate the cost to fix this. Car is a reasonable price, though likely needs mechanical work to get up to snuff again (157K miles).

Thoughts on the bodywork cost for this?

Ouch that looks rough, new bumper cover for sure. I’d questimate $3.5k to make it look like it never happened
