Visiting my daughter in Raleigh and couldn't help myself.... started searching for ZHP's...... Alright, I'm an addict

Found this one at a dealer on CL, I have no affiliation, but it's not too expensive given the prices we're seeing on BaT:

Mystic Blue 2005 BMW 330cic Vert // 6 Speed // ZHP Package // New Clutch - $12,900 (North Raleigh)

Although the listing says Clean Title, I ran the CarFax and it shows 4 owners, 2 accidents (I guess to a dealer that means "clean"). The 1st accident occurred when the car had just under 1K miles, that must have hurt. Neither accident shows airbags deployed....

But who doesn't love Mystic Blue with hellbeige2 interior? Has a new clutch.

Regardless, buyer beware

Good find. I agree the price is attractive.

just noticing that the VIN on this vert shows it was built 3 cars after mine was.

Mine was PJ6540 built on Wednesday 11-30-05 vs PJ6543 built 3 days after mine on Saturday 12-03-05. Sounds like they built 1 vert a day?

That listing has been up for a very long time and keeps getting reposted. I'd be careful and definitely make sure to have it inspected if someone is interested.

agreed. Carfax shows it has been kicked around a few times at dealer auctions...... there has to be a story here

The link is dead but just for those who may not know, especially when it's a dealer using the term, "Clean Title" simply means that it hasn't been declared a loss by insurance and is not a salvage title, not that there is no accident history associated with the car.
Some people also mistakenly use the term to refer to a title with no Liens on it, but that's a "Clear Title".
