It is almost time for a brake fluid flush only. What do you guys use as recommended brake fluid? Regular driver. No racing. I will be using a pneumatic brake bleeder.

ATE SL brake fluid for a daily driven vehicle.

I second ATE SL.6 (https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/sl6-brake-fluid-1-liter-ate-sl6) from FCP for daily driving.

Alternative is just BMW's own stuff (https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw-brake-fluid-81220142156) or Pentosin DOT4 Low Viscosity (https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/dot-4-lv-brake-fluid-1-liter-1224116) if you want to shell out more money for no discernible reason.
