I’m looking to sell it to an enthusiast willing to take care of it and enjoy the car.

Mods
Garagistic: 80A poly bushings subframe, differential, front control arms, brake lines, clutch line, brass pedal bushings.
Parts shop max : Rear lower A arm Spherical bearing bushings (pictures included of installation)
Koni yellow sport shocks front and rear with OEM ZHP Springs
Radium engineering: oil catch can
Motorsport hardware: wheel stud conversion kit and track light spacers
12mm front 15mm rear
Maintenance
Basically all major maintenance parts have been replaced
Replaced clutch, Water pump, radiator, pulleys, thermostat, coolant, brake fluids, clutch fluid, engine oil, differential oil
Vanos has been rebuilt. Subframe is in perfect condition no cracks. New oil pan gasket, oil filter housing gasket and valve cover all been replaced. Whole front suspension has been replaced with new ball joints, control arms ect
New DISA valve Tons of maintenance. I have the service receipts

The Headers are currently Catless, so the Car will NOT pass smog as is
If you don’t know how to go about this, this particular E46 probably isn’t for you.
But if you’re willing to work on it. I can put you in contact with someone that parts out e46s and you can get oem catalytic converters from him.

Reliable M54B30 engine
Harmon Kardon sound system
Black leather interior all working seat controls
M3 steering wheel
Cold A/C
Heated front seats
Seats have not rips or tears
Interior is very clean and has aged beautifully.
Cons
Back seat headliner sagging
Radio volume button doesn’t work
No spare tire or jack but has oem tools
Front brakes were recently replaced but are a little Noisy sometimes.
Other then that the car is solid and fun to drive. Will come with spare parts
Condor VIP engine mounts and trans mounts
New Bremen oem fuel pump unit
New Oem clutch line
Looking to get $10,500 but I am negotiable. Please no lowballing.
This is a real ZHP, not a 325 or 328
