Let's write down our initial mileage in 2023. Guess how many miles you will drive this year and compare with the real number when 2023 is over.

2005 ZHP: 154,940 miles. Guess 2,000
2011 X3: 158,855 miles. Guess 20,000
2012 335: 102,164 miles. Guess 6,000

2004 ZHP: ~365,000 km now, guessing I'll get to 370,000 km

2006 Suzuki SV650S: ~29,500 miles now, guessing to 35,000 miles

2008 Bianchi 928 C2C: Will try to do 2,500 km (1,729 km done in 2022, but I got it in May)

So possibly it would just about be close to the same mileage for 2023.

I currently have 242,719 miles on my ZHP and have been averaging about 6,000 miles/yr since owning it so I will guess I will probably put about another 6,000 miles this year on my ZHP. Teleworking for work is such a wonderful thing :)

I would absolutely love to do the cross country drive! The problem is should The Match work out, I will have one week in June to get from here to NYC and move my girlfriend and I into a new apartment all on my own. I don't think I'll have the time if I drive.

If you take turns and drive without breaks (other than gas stations) you can make it from coast to coast in 2 days. :)

I recommend showering at truck stops.

I doubt I will put 3000 miles on my ZHP this year.

All mileages should be set except the 4Runner, that will get a lot added for the holiday travels.

E46: a hair under 369,000 km. I've already parked it for the year since I'm leaving California until after the new year

SV650: made it to 32k miles in April before selling it.

VFR800: bought in April with nearly 37k miles, now at 40,500

CBR954: bought a couple weeks ago with 24,073 miles. Put 32 miles on it before I took it apart for a rebuild. I don't foresee doing more than 2k miles on this one a year

Bianchi bike: I only did 1,476 km this year. Some of that was on my friend's gravel bike

My work responsibilities are greatly diminishing in 2024 opening up more road (and maybe top down cruising, too) time. Our 2015 435iX convertible got the lion's share of cruising time in 2023.

I was right. Less than 2000 miles driven in 2023. Currently at 170,185 as of Jan 9, 2024

I figure I drove approximately 1300 miles for 2023.

And yesterday, I inspected my tires and found cracking along the edge. Time to replace tires with ContiSportContact before my next jaunt to Las Vegas in July.

Will probably drive the ZHP to Vegas since our purchase on a 2024 X4 M40i.
