Anyone try this for Burnt Bowl replacement? Retro-Quik: BMW E46 - ZKW Headlight Repair Kit (D2S 5.0)

This place told me this will work... are they right.... Do I need anything else?
For example you know how in these older cars a stupid clip or something always breaks... Anything I can order with it to make sure we dont take everything part only to find out that a clip is broken and cant even put it back together? Or an additional connector wire etc....?

Seems amazing but is it just a great deal or am, I missing something... My indy was about to make me get some kit for just under a grand.

Looks interesting. I?ve seen a few over the years that require quite a bit of work to get it put together.

That said, there is a member here that sells reconditioned bowls. Basically a swap of your old unit with the reconditioned bowls.

No matter what, removing the headlights is a pain in the rear especially if you have the headlight washers.
