Bidder makes an account just to bid on that car, makes two bids, doesn't follow through, and then is banned. Can't make this stuff up.

BaT says they banned the buyer from the site but didn't refund his 5% buyers fee ($14,750 * .05 = $737.50)
So his stunt cost him $$ too.
