View Full Version : PSA about recent FCPEuro issues
Just thought I would let you all know about some recent issues I?ve been having with fcpeuro.
I?ve noticed that some of my old orders don?t show up completely. I?ve tried to return a part for lifetime warranty recently but I noticed that I wasn?t able to find it under my previous orders and it only showed up in my most recent order. I needed to get in touch with the their customer service and only then it showed up in my previous orders again.
So if you think you?re missing some parts from your previous orders, you may have to reach out to get it fixed.
I?ll give them benefit of the doubt this time but if it happens again, I?d start to think it?s something nefarious.

Interesting...I guess you should have the old email confirmations as a back up if not on FCP's website?

Yup, that?s what I used to confirm.

Wow, hopefully it is a glitch.
Ive had pretty good luck with getting issues resolved via the online chat, albeit very impersonal, I would think between that and your confirmation emails/receipts it shouldnt be a big deal other than the hassle?

Yup, it shouldn?t be.
Unless you don?t realize that you are missing parts in your account (if that happens) and you think you are just remembering wrong.

Hi everyone,
Thank you for sharing this. We've identified a couple of potential issues that could be causing this problem. First, if a product was removed from the site—either because it became unavailable from the vendor or was considered redundant—it might not appear correctly. Additionally, if an order was modified by a customer service agent over the phone, it sometimes doesn't show up in your order history.
We're actively working on resolving the technology side of this, but as always, if you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.
Appreciate the response!

FCP has always treated me well over the years. Glad they could figure this out for you.
Also, they used one of my lifetime guarantee oil returns in a video on their youtube channel a few years ago. That was fun to see.

+1 on great to see FCP on this site and taking an active role in doing all they can to correct things. I used to shop at OEMBimmer Parts and Pelican Parts, but FCP seems to have it all together. Their website is very easy to navigate and see what items are OEM/Genuine BMW vs aftermarket. I've purchased a few things of late and have more in the cart. Now, if only I had more in my wallet too!

I also appreciate a large vendor monitoring their customer base forums and actively responding to stuff. Very cool and much appreciated, I also have ordered stuff from you all with no issues but haven’t used the site in some time (no need for parts thank god haha)
