Did those pedals require drilling for installation? Because im looking at these(http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?ff3=4&pub=5574947307&toolid=10001&campid=5336776893&customid=&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.com%2Febaymotors%2FBMW-AC-S-MT-Pedal-E30-E36-E46-E90-E92-E60-M3-M5-Z4-X6-5-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem27ba638393QQitemZ17063 0808467QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccesso ries) and they do but wasnt sure if most brads do?

Those look real nice, mageec - different from the silver/metallic finish we see everywhere - don't like the scripts though...

I think all pedal covers/sets need drilling. I wish they didn't, :( I would have changed the way my pedals look too, if it wasn't for the drilling part...I just don't feel like i am upto drilling into my pedals...
Then again, i guess that's the only way to make them secure - If anyone knows of any pedal sets/covers that don't need drilling, I'd be totally interested in upgrading mine..

They do...+1. Very easy. I clamped mine on with a spring clamp, and drilled holes while they were perfectly positioned...then installed nut/bolts.

The toughest part is getting the lower passenger side gas pedal nut on....have fun.

Dang that sux, Do you know if you have to drill them into the stock rubber pedals or do you take the stock pedals off then drill them onto what ever is there?

Take the rubbers off first..

You remove the rubber pedal covers and then drill on through. The clutch and gas pedal are plastic. Brake pedal is metal.

Install was very easy.

If you go back to MC17's project thread, you'll see that I started a new thread using the first relevant post that pertained to his pedals. Yours was first, J.

I only had to fully drill the brake pedal (which was a pita) (also note, im an auto, bet you boy with all your pedals have a steel clutch too) the gas and resting area are both plastic, so i predrilled them with very tine holes and then used larger threaded screws to install. Those two pedals will not get the rotational force a brake or clutch would, so i consider that application to be just fine. And didnt have to mess with dane's torturous lower gas pedal nut...

My clutch pedal was plastic, iirc.

i think only brake pedals are steel.

A little late to this thread but what I did was duct tape them in position, drill the holes, take duct tape off, screw them in. Only the brake pedal is metal. Take the rubber pads off first. These look better and are more functional than the stock ones IMO.

Aluminum ///M pedals FTW! The install was easy on my ZHP, not so easy on my E36 M3 though, had to get a Dremmel on the gas pedal!
