I need some help in finding a fair price for the following ZHP, black/black 4 door. I am looking to pick up a ZHP as my daily, as my Audi is about to cross the track only threshold. Here is a list I recieved from the current owner, a co-worker of mine and also and auto enthusist:

• 2004 330i ZHP 6spd Manual 119,300
• Alcantara interior, black diamond plate (vs. wood like in regular BMW)
• Power seats, both sides
• Sunroof
• 6spd Manual
• Lightweight clutch and flywheel assy (factory but was replaced at 70k
• One small ding on car hardly noticeable
• HID auto leveling lamps/driving lights
• K&N w factory ram air
• Stock M Suspension and wheels/brakes ZHP pack standards with 18” 255/35 YR-18 BFG KDW2 (just replaced them last month)
• In the last 20k I had all 4 window motors and power seat tracks replaced under warranty, water pump, cam seals, belts, idler pulley’s, sunroof motor was replaced, steering wheel buttons. At 98k I had the entire brake system replaced, hoses, rotors, calipers, pads, the works. BMW did all the work and has all the records on file at BMW of Austin.
• AC System / EVAP core compressor etc all done at 65k had a small leak.
Front control arm bushings are replaced, lifetime alignment package at NTB. (transferrable) steering wheel is dead center and tight like new (I am really anal about that)
• Stereo has an Alpine head unit with USB/BT/MP3/IPOD Controller/charger and Sirius Satellite (I have subscription in my name) Alpine 4x 75w RMS power amp driving Focal components in the front and HK 6.5” rears. Sub is a JL Audio 12” W3D4 with a JL Audio G1700 (700w RMS) D Class Mono block amp on it.
• I have 3k in the system easily.
• Never had a front plate on it so mount kit is still in trunk, also doesn’t have those dumbass run flats and has a spare in the trunk.

2 things it doesn’t have built in, heated seats or NAV.

Passport escort 8500 hard wired overhead.

If the offer is right ill leave it all in and hand over the keys which I have 3 sets

let me know what to look out for, what to check, etc. and of course what a fair offer is. Basically if the price is right he is willing to let it go.

Pics of the Audi for your clicks:

I would estimate around 13000 to be a fair price.

I'd say the price should be between $10K-$11K. That assumes you are in Texas.

+1 always a handful of nice cars in Texas, at most this car might fetch 12k.
