Pic of paint code please! This is a pretty clean car, but your price seems a little steep for the current market.

KBB = $22555 Retail, $20155 Private Party
NADA = $20125

I understand that the books are merely a guide and the market may well dictate otherwise, but beacuse of a shortage of inventories, which I am sure you've heard about in the news, used vehicles are actually going up in value on the wholesale market. Which means that we have to pay well over book for anything decent.

With that in mind, what do you feel is a fair price?

Chris, you work for a dealer, right? Just trying to refresh my memory.

Marcus - I am a dealer. Just a small, 1 man operation near Seattle. Not the typical dealership by any stretch, I have an indoor showroom and offices my customers can feel comfortable in. I usually stock 12-20 cars, mostly sports cars and performance vehicles. E46 is my favorite to drive on a daily basis. Currently I have 4 for sale in inventory, a 1994 530i and a Topaz Blue 2000 Z3.

Thanks
Chris

Cool. Thanks, Chris. Away from my desk so I couldn't easily do the homework to see if I remembered correctly.

I don't want our members bashing or critiquing prices on member cars -- even when they are a dealer. You've always been classy here. If you want to know what we think of a price, I'm sure we'd be happy to chime in. Otherwise, we will stay away from commenting on prices.

Good luck with the sale.

Scott, all ZHP coupes come with fold-down seats (see FAQ here (http://www.zhpmafia.com/forums/showthread.php?1789-Frequently-Asked-Questions-%28FAQ%29-About-the-BMW-E46-330-ZHP-Performance-Package-Option)).

That car is gorgeous! My favorite E46 color, and I wish my recently purchased sedan was monaco instead of mystic. I don't think the price is too far out of line considering the options, Dinan farkles and rare color, especially with the shipping included for non-local buyers.

Has anyone seen this car in person?

Found his cars.com listing and the carfax has a listing for Body electrical wiring repair on Aug-09, are there any common issues this might be or anyway of finding out?

Also has anyone used a garage local to this seller for a PPI they would recommend or have any contacts?

Taillight ground issue is common.

Thanks, Scott. - I don't know the technical specifiactions of the coupe vs. sedan seating layout, but I feel more comfortable in a coupe myself. The seats seem to be installed lower and a bit further back. I always feel a bit pitched forward in a sedan.

brens323 - I am located within 2 blocks of Bellevue BMW and Park Place Ltd. There are also several BMW and European performance and repair shops close by.
