Up for sale is my 2005 330i ZHP sedan, Silver Gray, 67,XXX miles.

I am the second owner and she's been in one accident but was 100% repaired and has a clean title! If you were at Bimmerfest 2010, you likely saw my car a little banged up in the front, haha. There are photos of the accident and the damage and I have documentation of all the parts replaced/repaired. IT IS NOT A SALVAGE TITLE!

She is in beautiful condition and I just clayed and waxed her so she is smooth as hell! She has no mechanical problems and runs beautifully! Lots of tread on Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 tires!

--EXTERIOR--
28% Solar Guard tint all around w/ transferable lifetime warranty
6000K HIDs
Umnitza Multi-color Angel Eyes :pimp
clear LaminX film on Headlight lenses
Projector fog lights
smoked corners and side-markers
LED turn signals front and rear (LED side-markers and resistors will be included but are not installed)
Vorsteiner Vented Race hood :drool
Yakima rack with snowboard attachment (holds 4 snowboards): I never took this car to the snow despite buying this $500 rack!

--INTERIOR--
Vorsteiner floor mats
Bimmian gray gauge faces
Kenwood DNX8120 After-market head unit
-Steering wheel controls work with after-market radio
-Navigation
-DVD/CD Player
-iPod compatible via iPod cable (in glovebox)
-Thumb drive compatible via USB cable (in glovebox)
Audison SR1DK mono Amplifier
2 X Rockford Fosgate 10" subs
Ebay Subwoofer box made of MDX
SMGII steering wheel with working paddle shifters
2 First aid boxes (driver side included, not installed)
Xenon white interior bulbs

--ENGINE--
AFE CAI (Dry filter)
Shark Software
6 new Bosch spark plugs included

--SUSPENSION--
-Front lowered on B&G springs for slight raked stance (and 4x4 look delete)

--Maintenance/Repairs--

Oil changed every 3-5K miles
Battery replaced in 2009
Lower radiator hose replaced in 2010
Temp sensor in lower radiator hose replaced in 2010 due to leak at temp sensor connection - CAR NEVER OVERHEATED!
ATE rotors installed in 2009
Brakes replaced in 2009
Small crack on inside of one of the rear wheels was professionally repaired by USwheelmanufacturing in SD. They did a great job and the wheel does not leak air or have any issues. Tire that had been leaking was replaced.
Alignment May 2011: Car was aligned because I took off the 19" wheels that required a bit of camber adjustment to fit them

I removed the 19" wheels because of pot hole damage from the san diego streets! :mad Also fenders were rolled by Migs Motorsports in the rear to fit 19s, so if you'd like to upsize, there is plenty of room now. I'll include the rims and maybe they could be repaired at a wheel shop

I'm selling the car because I will be deploying to Afghanistan soon and won't need a car for over a year. Plus I just picked up an 1986 325es project car.

Asking $16,500 (price dropped from $17,500); I believe it is well priced considering it has over $8k in mods!!! The last mod I'm doing to the car is a custom ashtray panel that will have a bass knob, angel eye switch and a USB port for charging whatever you like! I'll take photos of that when the shop finishes that for me. I will smog the car when we are about to do the deal.

That's one thing I appreciate with a seller. Right at the top of the listing it says there was an accident. He doesn't play hide the ball. Look at enough for-sale ads and you'll see that it's rare to give that kind of disclosure so prominently.

Good work, hakattack.

Also, I brought your ad in house. I prefer to not cross link when it's unnecessary.

Thanks, I appreciate it. Apparently CTRL-C, CTRL-V was too hard for me, haha.

I figured it would be stupid not to disclose it considering there are pictures of the accident on a couple threads on E46Fanatics!

Believe me, I have seen ridiculous stuff, hak. There are just a lot of dishonest sellers out there. It's refreshing to see your disclosure.

Welcome to the forum. Feel free to stick around, even after you sell the ZHP.

I really like the ride but I'm not too sure I could ride out a Chicago winter w/o heated seats. :(

Anyone know about a heated seat retrofit that can be done?

That's mine, yes... San Diego pot holes when it's dark out is what happened to them :(
2 pot holes, 4 bent rims. They might be repairable, not sure.

Noob question, why are the cluster gauges (fuel / mph / etc) gray? Did you change them?

The seller stated that he used:
Bimmian gray gauge faces in the interior section of his post. They were swapped from the original.

I'm the guy late to the party. If the other buyer falls through I've expressed interest but the seller won't be back until thanksgiving. I haven't heard anything about the sale for a couple weeks.
