A little google searching (scary how much info is available on google) This car went up for sale in Dec. 2010 with 39k miles. It was priced @ $18,250, now priced at $17,950 with ~47,500 miles. It looks like Scott decided not to sell at the time based on this thread from E46fanatics (http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=810582#post12572404). I believe the seller is located somewhere in Mississippi.

Just got an email from Scott after my interest email.
Maintenance:

It stays garaged and has never had any body damage or major mechanical issues. The seats other than the driver seat have barely been sat in.
Currently ~47,500 miles

Most recently (past 6mos):

I replaced the belts, one idler pulley, front control arm bushings, cleaned the mass air flow sensor, new air filter, new cabin filter, Had BMW vent, check and recharge the A/C (just because it had never been done) New spark plugs, oil and filter change. Everything is in perfect working order and the car runs and sounds fantastic. The Alcantara wheel is in very very good shape. Both front window regulators have been replaced in the past year due to the usual problematic slowing of the windows up and down. (In perfect working order now)
