FS: 05 330ci ZHP, 74K miles
Hello. I'm selling my BMW. Have a new 335 M Sport coming in and will eventually need to get rid of the E46. It has been a tremendous car and given me rock solid reliability. Here are the details:

2005 BMW 330Ci
VIN: WBABD53435PD99140
Sparkling Graphite on Black Leather
74K miles
6 speed
ZHP package
Harmon Kardon sound
Adaptive Xenon headlights
Cold Weather Package (heated seats, ski bag, split folding seats, headlight washers)
Auxillary cable for iPods or Pandora on phones mounted in sunglass compartment (I installed myself)
Clean CarFax (save your money, I will provide for you***8230;.just ran on 11/28/11)
Never any modifications (but I do have a ECIS cold air intake system that can go with the car***8230;it was never installed, but my buddy who had a 330 gave it to me)
Car will come with a car cover, but has a few small rips that the new owner can easily have stitched.

The following has been replaced very recently ($2,400 spent):
Tires (Hankook Ventus V12 all around***8230;225 up front 255 rear, stock sizes)
Brake rotors, pads and new sensors
Engine accessory belts

ZHP Alcantara steering wheel replaced under warranty at 47K miles. In excellent shape
Inspection II performed at 55K miles (new air filter and spark plugs)
I've replaced cabin microfilter twice, last being at 55K miles

Car has a few scratches and dings on the bumpers, all of which will be fixed this week at the body shop (buyer will have freshly painted front and rear bumpers) paint is 8/10
Clutch is great
Seats are in great shape (will clean and condition for new owner)
interior is 9/10
Rims are almost in perfect shape, I had them refinished a few years ago, but they have picked up a few tiny dings
Full tool kit (no missing pieces)
2 keys

The bad: Car was hit while parked on the street 2 years ago but just tailight, needed bumper and light quarter panel repair. Everything was fixed 100%. This doesn't show up on Carfax but I'm not hiding anything here. No structural damage at all, only cost $1,600 to repair. There is also a scratch on the drivers side rear glass. The trunk carpet has a few light stains (maybe this will come out if the carpet is shampoo'd***8230;it never bothered me)

The car runs 100% and has never been abused. Will need no maintenance work for a long time. Will have a solid detail on the car before delivery to new owner.

Car was a lease return from south New Jersey when I purchased. I purchased with 29K miles.

Car lives in NYC, but is only used on weekends for road trips outside of NYC (I take the train to work). I purposely bought a car that did not live in the city, and I have done 95% of the miles on highways for traveling on weekend trips.

Car has been kept inside for most of my ownership.

Asking Price: $18,500 I am negotiable.
Price reduced $17,500
