Hello everyone for the past few weeks I have had a coolant leak
and have to put in some antifreeze every couple of weeks

now here are some pictures and a video of my issue any diagnosis?

my expansion tank is dirty and i think it looks like dried anti-freeze

the only thing you hear in the video is the car revving at 2000rpms

Any play around the hose connection itself? Agree with what K said above that it looks like it is coming down from the top, like it would be coming down from around the cap.

so it is the expansion tank?
I figured it was the radiator, the bubbling in the video was on top of the radiator

+1. Definitely looks like it's coming from the attachment at the radiator. Time to replace that asap. You don't want that cracking all the way on you.

Yeah man-- now that I've seen the video, the radiator definitely looks like your issue.

well does the Expansion tank connect directly to the radiator just behind it?
if so then it could be that connection, idk what it is but i do know it needs replacing lol :(

I know I'm coming in a little late here but, it's definitely the radiator. I see the side tanks separate from the actual heat exchanger all of the time. Have you replaced it already?

You were all correct as were my fears it was the radiator and I had it replaced last week. I found a new well made after market radiator for really cheap that fit perfectly and had it installed ... installation wasn't cheap but the car needed it. So now no leak and thanks to Dane renting me his airbag reset tool I now have no lights on the dashboard

Thank you everyone for your input on this I really appreciate it

What brand radiator? Most of us are familiar with the OEM Behr unit.

Thanks!
