Unfortunately the seller (dealer) didn't intentionally mention the registry and mafia, but rather copy/pasted a whole chunk of text from the Wikipedia entry (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMW_3_Series_(E46)#Performance_package_.28ZHP.29) about the ZHP. Typical half-assed dealer work.
