View Full Version : PN Search for AC Belt Tensioner Roller

I was able to remove the roller from the tensioner in hopes of simply replacing the roller with the same type of roller that is used on the main belt. I have had no success finding the part number for only the roller, but only have been able to find the entire tensioner which I don't need.

I ordered two rollers from BW whos description said they were the same. After changing out both pulleys on the main drive belt, the AC roller looks much different.

To add some more information, that is what my AC tensioner looks like. I am looking for only the roller as that is the only piece that needs replacing.

You have to buy the tensioner.

This pulley is supposed to fit. I have one but haven't tried installing it yet...

You can just buy a pulley. You don't need the whole tensioner.

I don't have the part number with me but I'll dig it up.

Deleted the post I had made. Napa sold me a Gates 38018 but according to Gates website it doesn't cross to the Dayco 89133. Looks like I'll be taking it back to Napa.

After some more checking it looks like the Gates/Napa 38018 should work too. Only difference I see is that the Gates is 25mm wide where the Dayco 89133 is 24.5mm wide.
