Don't see a lot of white zhp's. Nice!

Didn't make the drive to see it in person, but did a bit of research on this car, as it's in the same state...

Two owners, clear title. Looks like it had routine services performed at BMW dealerships. Doesn't have heated seats or nav, but has leather seats and steering wheel. There are some scrapes on the front spoiler, and one scratch on a side valance, but otherwise seems to be in very good condition.

Had a PPI conducted remotely and everything checked out (unfortunately, I couldn't get it done from anyone but a generic mechanic shop). Got a CarFax, too, that I'm willing to share.

Timing just isn't right for me, but if anyone else is interested, I can let you know everything I've found out about this low-mileage ZHP.

Hey there... This is actually one of the few cars I've looked into. I called and left a voicemail for the dealership, but didn't get a call back...? I'd love to know more. I am a little disappointed to hear it doesn't have the alcantara interior, but I am willing to live with it if the price/condition is good... The mileage is excellent!

Anyone call and get a price on this car? If so, please post.

Asking price is $20,000, which was noted as being "below market value" to me.

Here is the info I got back from dealer (along with some more pictures) ....

Jeff,
Here is the link to the car on our site with a little more info, I know it got linked on ZHPMafia.com by another gentleman who was interested in it, he even had a ppi done at another local shop. These extra pictures are of the only flaws I’ve found on the car. The previous owner was going to fix them but the overwhelming response from people that are really looking for this specific car are to leave them alone and they would be willing to fix them themselves.

As far as history on this car goes, it’s one of the best. Two owner, always west coast owned. Garaged and never driven in the winter. BMW serviced till around 2006 and well taken care of after that by local shops(us included).

We have it aggressively priced and advertised locally at 20,000

Please let me know if you would like more info, to talk to the current owner, whatever you need.

I’d love for this car to go to someone who really enjoys these and knows what they are.

I see you are a member of ZHPMafia and the Tarheel Chapter BMW CCA, let’s find this guy a great home!

Even that car is gonna take a couple thousand to make right. If I'm gonna pay $20k...it better be flawless.

For sure, I agree 100%. I think that even without the few paint scuffs and curbed rims, $20k is still a little high. If it was an '05 I'd reconsider, but for an '03...Eh..?

agreed. $20k for a car approaching 10 years old and with some serious physical flaws...i don't see it.

Very nice 03 with low miliage but no way at $20,000. I'm thinking more in the 17,000 range. Talk about aggressive.

Yeah, I'm for SURE wanting a white sedan, and this is my #2 contender, but there's no way at $20k...

And what IS with that "West Coast car its whole life" line... I lived on the West Coast for a while and I must admit, there are a LOT of HAMMERED cars in California...

No bun warmers should be loaded for that price.....

FYI, last night I saw a fairly well appointed black/black leather '04 sedan with 37K miles on Craigslist... It was listed at $17.5k.... $20k for this car is definitely too much... And personally, I would have to fly to the opposite corner of the country to pick it up and drive home... Dammit!

Be careful with that '04 blk/blk w/ 37K. If that's the one in SoCal with chrome wheels, something funny is up with that car. It has been for sale for a while, and the dask trim is coming up on one side.

Oh yes, I'm well aware... It is the same car, and I have been following the threads on it... I do agree, something up with it concerning the stance and wheel gap on the front end... I'm just saying, for comparison sake, someone could put THAT ad in the face of the dealer of this white ZHP for pricing...

FYI...looks like the asking price on this vehicle is down to just under $19,000 (according to AutoTrader). Might be an opportunity to get a low-mileage, good condition ZHP...and negotiating a realistic price gets more feasible as it sits longer.

Hmm, well it shows that they are realizing that its overpriced, but its still too high for me. If that car had cold weather, nav, and the natural brown or pristine alcantara interior, I would say its worth the $19k... Maybe...

I know I paid high for my car, but I'm so glad I got it the way I did... If it was on the lot with 39K miles at $19k, I'd probably still have bought it though... Sickening!
