My lumbar support doesn't work. Was pretty sure nothing was happening when I was working the switch, but confirmed by going on a long ride and realizing I had no real support and my back was killing me. Tonight I tried working the switch and I hear clicking, but nothing else. Tried the passenger side, and I can hear the pump. Definitely working on that side, dead on my side.

I see the pump is available for just over a Franklin. Is that likely to be the cause of my problem, and is it a relatively easy fix if it is? Anything else to be wary of? I'd hate to buy the pump and then find out the problem lies elsewhere.

...Our seats have lumbar support?

It was an option so only some of them had the lumbar support, it's a power switch all the way forward on the side of the seat base. If you have it, there's a pump up/down button. And if you don't, there's just a round plastic plug cover.

Aw I don't think I have it. That would have been sweet.

Good luck to the OP, though! I can't really offer any good advice.

It's part of the Premium package. Both front seats.
