Hello fellow ZHPers...

As many of you know, I sold my ZHP as I wanted to back into an E36 M3.

I picked up the rarest/mint low mileage E36 M3 in America, IMO.

I've spent thousands on getting the car mechanically right.

Here's how the car currently sits.

I just find myself wanting a ZHP again. Heck, I find myself wanting one over an E46 M3 too.

Am I crazy for wanting to take a bath on my M3 and get back into an 05 coupe/sedan w/ Nav/Cloth/6MT?

Wow, sweet M. Such a dilemma. And no, you're not crazy. Guess it depends on your funding sitch and how much of a bath.

Yeah, I have deals lined up on a GLI/GTI but I can't bring myself to do that.

MiniD,
What do you want for the E36M, is your zhp quest dependent on that and then how much do you want to spend on the new ZHP? Don't know why but I seem to have a knack for finding 'em (much to my wife's chagrin), will keep eyes wide open for you if you list your parameters including price.

I'm not sure about price yet, but the rarity and condition will bring a premium.

As far as ZHP goes, I'd like an 05 Sedan or an 04/05 Coupe. 6MT, prefer alcantara, xenons, and nav. My budget would be about 14-15k.

See the black one in the classifieds, '05 sedan 6 spd, looks to be very nice and located in Delaware so not a hateful drive for you. He's already moved to NYC and the car is garaged at his parents' house, he's likely motivated to move it.

Marc, sent you a reply. Get back to me!

Bruce, will do. Also, my Dad has an office in Philly so that opens my search area up too.
