Proud original owner of a 2005 ZHP checking in (finally) from Toronto, Canada.

Babied since taking delivery from BMW Toronto, the car now has 135K kms and on duty since 2008 as my daily driver. (An E30 325is fulfilled that role admirably until it was retired at 300K kms.) The ZHP is mostly original with some choice mods:
- Bilstein PSS coilovers
- TMS rear shock mounts
- Genuine 19" CSL rims painted flat black
- Clear corners
- Predator Orion V2 4300K angel eyes
- OEM gloss black grilles
- Black side mirror caps
- JVC KD-AVX77
- Arc Audio 10D4 Sub
- JL Audio 250/1 mono amp

Here's the car in winter trim (ACS reps and Nokian WR G2s) and Zaino'd last weekend to protect against winter nastiness.

Cheers!

The E30 decked out with genuine Alpina bits:

I also had an E86 until second child was born:

Welcome! Great rides, beautiful cars. Always good to have OG owners here. What's up with your zhp headlights? They look different for some reason to me. It is just the lighting/angle of the pic? I like 'em.

Many thanks! Btw, congrats to the board on SIG Fest 2012. I read about it in last month's Roundel. Would have liked to be there.

johnrando - Thanks. Nothing different about the headlights other than the AE rings. I did restore the covers a few months ago with the 3M kit. Took way longer than expected but they came out like new. I wonder if it will last, something about the UV protective coat being removed in the process. I did put LaminX on to guard against pitting.

I think it's just the contrast / lighting of the pic that's really making the shiny bits really pop against the dark lining & shadows. Looks fabulous, makes the IR look nearly liquid!
