Well hello guys and girls. This is my formal introduction to the ZHP Mafia family. :)

Recently I have acquired a 2004 330I ZHP Sedan in Imola Red. I have been browsing trying to find a good specimen to join my stable of cars. I was finally able to find something in my budget and condition so I jumped the gun and picked it up.

Basic description includes
Imola Red Sedan
Alcantara interior with black cubes
6spd
Mostly bone stock with the exception of an M3 strutbar and Ipod hookup plus broken kidney grills.

Vehicle at one point was owned by an enthusiast in Northern Virginia and then sold for a brief time to a gentleman in New Jersey. It has a full maintenance history with all the major issues covered. However it does have the famous ZHP rattle aka vanos.

I picked up the vehicle last week right after Hurricane Sandy left her mark on the East Coast. It was an interesting trip to drive and pick-up the car and see just how bad the damage was at the Jersey Shore.

Anyway I am glad to join the family and hope to enjoy my stay here. BTW my username is my first name :)

Some pictures of the car on the way back home.

Some gas station of the PA turnpike.

Vas,
Welcome, what part of VA do you live in? I'm Fairfax Station, Dane & John are near Williamsburg, VARiverguy is Richmond, and I'm sure there's more in VA to introduce themselves.

I am actually 2 hours south from D.C and 2 hours west from Richmond. The closest biggest city is Harrisonburg and Staunton which is half an hour away from me.

I really liked your silver cubes.

Welcome to the Mafia! Enjoy your new addiction.

Thanks. The past couple days have been great. My wife even managed to take it for a ride and enjoyed how solid the car feels compared to her Infiniti G20.

Welcome! I'm familiar with Harrisonburg.

Great looking car. Glad it was kept safe from Sandy's wrath.

Thanks. I have been slowly browsing the site and there are some nice vehicles that some members have.

Btw I drove my Nissan maxima this morning which isn't stock in the suspension department and compared to the zhp is feels like a boat.

I have not really thought about attending it to be honest. However it is not that far of a drive for me so might swing it by my wife and make a nice trip out of it. Thanks for the invite though.
