After a long search, I finally settled on a 2003 Silvergray ZHP 6MT located in Charlotte, NC.

Fellow ZHPMafia member Lespaulman and I left early this morning in hopes of picking up the ZHP. Not only did the car exceed expectations, the owner is a major part of the Turner Motorsport Grand-Am team. I won't go into details as he was somewhat private about that.

Needless to say, I am very happy to be back in a ZHP. It really is the perfect car.

Details about the car:
2003 330i ZHP Silvergray/Leather/6MT
Silver Cubes/Perforated wheel
123k miles

Recent service includes but not limited to: Koni suspension, new vanos unit, complete cooling overhaul.

Notable modifications: BMW Perf. SSK, Magnaflow cat-back (sounds great!), clear sides, corners, R/C/R.

Not so good: OEM E93 wheels with Michelin Pilot Super Sports (great tires, ugly wheels), FX-R Projectors, painted moldings, small dent on passenger side door.

All in all, I am very happy with the car. By next week, the exterior will be reverted back to original.

Glad you found what you wanted. The car looks great. How does the painted trim look in person?

I don't like the painted trim at all, lol. I guess it doesn't look that bad.

You put the FX-R's on the bad list? Why? They are much better than stock IMO.

I am trading with my buddy who has mint OEM xenons. I like OEM stuff. Don't really like the look of the FXR projector during daylight.

I hope you're not trading for ZKW's... You'll kick yourself in the ass down the road if you do.

I feel like you'd be getting the short end of the stick since the FX-Rs will blow OEM lights out of the water.

The painted trim can be sold for a decent amount. There's fellow here who sold his painted the same color trim for a decent amount.. I forget his name.

You just need an alcantara wheel, and to trade me your silver cube :shifty

Oh, and why'd you ask about my old ambers? You never answered my text :scratchinghead

+1...and I like the rims as well.

Those should be easy to off and replace.

Congrats.

Great looking car Connor. You're going OEM ambers? Well if you're willing to part with the clears I might be interested.

Nice Connor! Glad to hear you settled on this car. It sounds like you have a real winner. Hopefully I can get my next car later this week and post a thread like this too.

Enjoy it and looking forward to a project thread!

That car looks great. You have to be happy having the suspension and cooling system taken out of the way.

Looks great!
I like the wheels and trim and I agree with everyone else about the headlights. I have ZKWs and I can't drive my car at night because they are burned so bad.
I'd drive it as is for a while and see if some of those mods grow on you....It's a beautiful car

Just swapped over to ZHP wheels, removed the splitters and de-badged.

Confirmed I will be swapping my headlights for brand new AL xenons.

Congrats!!!

I like the wheels on the car, but they do look a little "flat" faced. Not sure how to describe it... I'm sure you'll be able to unload them easy...

Congrats on finding a car! Personally I like the wheels but to each their own :)
