Working on 3 inches of snowfall from the looks of it in the last two hours and she is going strong like its no problem at all. Really impressed with these federals.

That looks like some nasty wet snow. What Federals are you using? I've considered trying the RS-R for summer use. Do they make a winter tire?

The ones I have are all seasons im not sure of the exact model. Yeah its been raining straight for two days then all of a sudden started this. They were predicting 3-5 inches but bumped it down to 1-3. Either way it's a lot of fun out there!

No worries im being careful. Kind of funny when I pass trucks sliding around and im just cruising on up through there.

Just drove all the way to Virginia tech in the snow in my ZHP. Did very well! Only had one moment of almost getting stuck but with some throttle control we got back going again. Car did extremely well! About 6" on the ground now. Tires are Michelin super sports A/S

Very impressed with the car and tires to be honest. All it takes it nice smooth driving and most cars can drive in snow.

Its all about throttle control and to pick up a little speed in order to just come over the crest of a hill. Minimizing additional throttle needed as you climb the hill which would cause spinning and....ditch.

I drove 100 miles to go skiing during Dec. 27th's 2 ft dump in the Northeast. It was quite an operation, but I was impressed by how well the DSC/RWD/Blizzak trio handled in the snow. Having only driven Subarus before buying the ZHP I wasn't expecting such smooth sailing in that huge storm :biggrin

My car looked like this after. I brushed off the snow before leaving, so all that white caked-on stuff is from the storm! I was plowing the highway with the ZHP bumper because I was one of the very few crazy folks to drive to the country in the century's snowstorm... And the others had pickups and SUVs. Which means there was a good2-3 in of snow on the highway.

A few weeks ago we had a small snow storm, about 2 inches of snow. I decided to test the car out with the pilot sports which are near the end of their life. I ended up driving down the block and turning back around. I felt the car losing grip even at 15 mph. Glad I still have the MINI for the winter. Id like to get winter tires but if I have to, I will get A/S.

@ alexandre.... those are some badass snow pics.
