As some of you know, I rashed one pretty damn hard (honest accident). Looking for a rear 8.5" wheel.

Wheel can have minor scratches, but no curb rash. Send me a picture and I'll see if I am interested.

Preferably West Coast so shipping would be low.

Send pics to dario.avetisov@gmail.com. Post your offers here.

Thanks! If things don't pan out I'll do this. I was already thinking of bondo, but I wasn't sure how well it would hold up.

Does nobody have any wheels to sell? I know most people would want to sell sets, but surely somebody has one. o.o

People here have a ton of wheels to sell. Like you said... In sets.

How about you buy a set, and sell three?

Hmm, I guess I could do that. How is 500 for a set? There is a guy in the bay selling a set. Wouldn't have to pay shipping in that case.

That's a great price if the condition is good.

I don't know if they would look right on a silver gray sedan... how can I tell if they are oem?

They are stamped on the backside. I'll get you a pic. EDIT: here's one of the bit of the info stamped on the underside. Also, size, etc. But, mainly look for the BMW.

Or sell all 4 for a discounted price. Selling rashed wheels isn't that hard, the price just gotta be reasonable.

What do you guys think? I don't know these would look on a sedan. http://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/cto/3697733197.html

It's either you like chrome or you don't honestly. I don't know that sedan/coupe makes a difference, but that could just be me. You can obviously see in my sig how they look on a vert. If you like it, go for it. Just know there are haters but who gives an eff? (My guess is that Gen Y thinks chrome is old school, which it probably is, but I still like it). I get compliments on mine too.

I'm bummed I didn't see these before I bought my 4th and had to chrome it myself. The other thing about chrome, is resale. If they are chromed, they are cheaper because the market for that isn't large. Clearly that's not an issue for me as I have 9 of them, lol.

EDIT: BTW, don't worry about the pics. It's really hard to get a good pic of chrome in any kind of direct light, so it won't look even. Ask me how I know. :)

He needs one. You have 9.

What? Wait......

Like your thinking DW, but I think he wants 1 non-chrome. But for that great low price, I think he's thinking why not buy 4 chrome? (Is that right?) I only have extra chrome fronts, and I'm happy to sell 1 or all 4. The extra rear I have is cracked. I'm told it's fixable, but I don't want to use a cracked wheel. Happy for someone to use that if they want.

Yes, I am looking for a non chrome, but if chrome looks nice, I'll just buy chrome and sell my other 4, including the rashed one. Gonna give him a call.

Well, he has agreed to 400 for the set. I'm gonna ask to get better pictures and if they are good and don't sell before I get there, I will be buying them. Interesting that the BMW letters are stamped on another part of the wheel than all the 135's I've seen. Should I be worried?

It's usually on the inner "spoke", is it not there? If not, I don't know what that means. Do you see all the other stampings like "8j" which means it's 8", etc?

Avetiso

Yes, I do see those stamps. (8j and 8.5j) You can see pictures on the ad I posted. The stamps are visible there.
