so is there a difference? would they even fit ZHP sedan? and if so, is it worth it to upgrade to oem m3 headers?

I've read that the power is the heads of the S54.. anyhow, found some headers on CL locally, so just curious..

M3 headers have a completely different flange design. They will not fit anything other than an S54.

You're gonna need some serious TIG skills to mate an S54 header to a M54

S54 headers are equivalent to M54 stock headers for their motor also. Both get 10-20rwhp when changed to de-catted, better flowing designs.

It would be a worthy upgrade but I'm not one for having a smelly car, especially when our cars are still pretty slow even after this mod

S54 US headers are still equal length unlike M54 headers.
